1- Nekane, \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos puedes contar sobre vosotros?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

El 1 de mayo de 1968 , nuestros padres Bixente y Marian,\u00a0 junto a los aitonas y t\u00edos, se establecen en Hondarribia, en el Bar Gran Sol. Introducen en la ciudad la barra de pintxos que hab\u00edan conocido en su experiencia anterior en Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

En 2000 , se realiza una reforma en profundidad y pasan a dirigir el local sus hijos (Nekane, Bixente y Mikel). El bar inicia una especializaci\u00f3n en la cocina en miniatura basada en la creatividad y bajo unas l\u00edneas basadas en los sabores, las ra\u00edces de la cocina tradicional, cuidando los productos de nuestro entorno y cocinando con cari\u00f1o, que tiene como objetivo trasmitir emociones y sensaciones.<\/p>\n

2- Gran Sol es bar de renombre, \u00bfc\u00f3mo ha sido el camino hasta aqu\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los comienzos fueron jornadas maratonianas. Est\u00e1bamos seis personas y ofrec\u00edamos raciones y bocadillos en esa cocina min\u00fascula. Abr\u00edamos\u00a0 hasta entrada la noche, sirviendo copas. Le d\u00e1bamos a todos los palos.<\/p>\n

Sorprendidos por la acogida que tuvieron los pintxos calientes, \u00a0 progresivamente fuimos eliminando muchas de las raciones, bocadillos y\u00a0 el trabajo por la noche. Y nos centramos en la cocina en miniatura.<\/p>\n

Empezamos a presentarnos a concursos y obtuvimos resultados excelentes, una din\u00e1mica que se ha mantenido hasta el d\u00eda de hoy. Este tipo de cocina nos ha hecho viajar por el mundo y adquirir muchos conocimientos. Han sido a\u00f1os de mucha lucha, sudor y l\u00e1grimas pero tambi\u00e9n de muchas satisfacciones y alegr\u00edas.<\/p>\n

En la actualidad seguimos siendo una empresa familiar. Actualmente somos veintid\u00f3s personas en plantilla, ampliando en Semana Santa y verano. Como decimos nosotros, UNA GRAN FAMILIA<\/p>\n

En definitiva, hemos pasado toda una vida construyendo un negocio.<\/p>\n

3- Con la situaci\u00f3n actual, como lo est\u00e1is llevando? \u00bfQue previsi\u00f3n ten\u00e9is?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ante tanta informaci\u00f3n y desinformaci\u00f3n, est\u00e1 siendo ca\u00f3tico gestionar el tema laboral, las administraciones, los gestores… est\u00e1n desbordados. El impacto econ\u00f3mico en nuestro negocio es muy dif\u00edcil\u00a0 de evaluar, pero sabemos que el alcance y la duraci\u00f3n del impacto del Covid-19 ser\u00e1 muy amplio e importante, y muy negativo.<\/p>\n

En nuestro caso, la temporada de verano la damos por perdida. Nuestro sector ser\u00e1 de los \u00faltimos en reincorporarse y se har\u00e1 progresivamente, limitaci\u00f3n de aforo, etc. Lo estamos viviendo con mucha preocupaci\u00f3n ante esta crisis socio-sanitaria. La labor e implicaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores de todos los sectores\u00a0 \u00a0 ser\u00e1 fundamental para salir adelante.<\/p>\n

La palabra crisis nos alerta de un peligro y tendremos que aprender a verlo como una oportunidad para mejorar, para aprender, para mirar a nuestro alrededor, para cuidar de nuestro entorno y reinventarnos.<\/p>\n

Estamos trabajando conjuntamente con la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hosteler\u00eda de Hondarribia en la construcci\u00f3n de una plataforma prepago con descuentos para que nuestros clientes consuman productos y servicios cuando se produzca la reapertura de nuestros establecimientos, tanto de comercio como de bares, restaurante, hoteles.<\/p>\n

En Gran Sol tendremos que reajustar horarios, quiz\u00e1s abrir de lunes a domingo, promociones individuales \u2026todo depender\u00e1 de la forma en que nos reincorporemos progresivamente. Lo que tenemos claro es que nada ser\u00e1 como antes y los\u00a0 h\u00e1bitos de los clientes cambiar\u00e1n. Por tanto, tendremos que adaptarnos a los nuevos tiempos. RENOVARSE O MORIR<\/p>\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n nuestra mayor preocupaci\u00f3n es mantener los puestos de trabajo. El equipo es fundamental. Gran Sol no ser\u00eda nada sin\u00a0 el esfuerzo diario de cada uno de ellos.<\/p>\n

4- \u00bfcomo valor\u00e1is vuestra colaboraci\u00f3n con el club y el deporte en general?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vivimos el proyecto desde sus inicios a trav\u00e9s de los ojos de David Ruiz , pieza fundamental de Gran Sol y de C.D San Marcial.<\/p>\n

Nos contagiamos de su ilusi\u00f3n, nos encant\u00f3 el proyecto y decidimos colaborar con nuestro granito de arena.<\/p>\n

Siempre hemos apoyado cualquier tipo de deporte, aportando trofeos, comidas etc<\/p>\n

Antiguamente Gran Sol ten\u00eda dos equipos de f\u00fatbol playeros,\u00a0 consiguiendo varios t\u00edtulos<\/p>\n

5- A\u00f1adir algo que quer\u00e1is, reflexi\u00f3n etc<\/strong><\/p>\n
